The Active Marketing team enjoyed a recent trip to the National Conference on Addiction Disorders (NCAD) and Behavioral Healthcare Executive Summit. The four-day event was held at the historic Union Station Hotel in St. Louis, Missouri, and it featured nationally recognized treatment providers, authors, and educators.
The conference included panel discussions, keynote sessions, and intensive workshops for attendees. It also provided an opportunity for Active Marketing to feature its presentation booth in the exhibit hall, reconnect with members of the addiction treatment provider community, meet new providers, and host a focus group.The focus group helped active marketing gain a better understanding of what its clients and its potential clients want and expect from their advertising agency.
In addition to the focus group, the Active Marketing team made several valuable connections at the conference. “It was really beneficial to have face time with providers to get an idea of what they’re looking for,” added Active Marketing’s Content Manager, Chris Bishop
Desmond White, Director of Business Development, said “some of the recurring topics of discussion included reimbursements in the addiction treatment industry and excellent care – not compromising that excellent care to facilitate profitability.”
